I am very surprised by this nomination. As far as I know, Sergiy Klymenko indeed wanted to share his photos on Wikimedia Commons under a free license, and it is quite unexpected that some 8 years later his permissions become unacceptable. Were these permissions instead unacceptable under 2007 standards or did they become unacceptable solely because OTRS has higher standards now than it used to have in 2007? Well, we just got CC-BY-SA 3.0 permission, but some images was previously licensed with GFDL. Will we have problems with them?--Anatoliy (talk) 20:58, 23 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep This is getting ridiculous. I've communicated with Sergiy Klymenko before about his photographic work and have participated in the process to have his images accepted on the Wikimedia Commons. Contact him again, but it will be a waste of time because he has already stated his permission to allow his work on this project many years ago. DDima 16:52, 24 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
